Jubilanté J. Cutting is a dedicated legal practitioner and is the founding and managing Attorney-at-Law of Cutting Law. She is admitted to practice law in Guyana, South America and Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. Ms Cutting also has experience serving in a foreign legal capacity for a U.S intellectual property and Trinidad and Tobago legal administrative services firm. She has 5 years of experience as an Attorney and 10 years of experience as a paralegal. Her main practice areas and experience are in civil, commercial, corporate, real estate, property conveyancing, administration and estates, contracts, family, landlord and tenant, energy and intellectual property laws.
She typically services corporate and commercial clients in advisory, researching and legal drafting but has also had experience handling petty criminal, NIS, privacy, data, health and safety and taxation advisory matters. Some novel cases that she has worked on include reviewing and redrafting an athletic brand sponsorship agreement, reviewing and managing vendor contracts for services to an energy company and drafting pleadings for an energy litigation case. She enjoys estate law and providing a full suite of services related to buying, selling and renting property.

We also draft and files all supporting and follow-on documents including but limited to all incorporation or registration documents, By-laws, Articles of Incorporation, notices of director(s), changes to the director or secretary, registered address and resolutions. We guide clients along the conveyancing process for buying, selling and gifting property. We draft agreements of sale, deeds of gifts, powers of attorneys and consents to guide the process along. When retained by clients to prepare rental agreements, leases or notices to quit, we collect verification documentation and factual information necessary for a smooth, efficient and transparent process, should there be litigation as a result of disputes between the parties.
We prepare and file estate applications for probates and letters of administration on behalf of our clients at the High Court.
